We offer our services in a range of formats to help you manage your account.

Visually impaired
You have a choice of how you receive any letters or documents from us. We can offer large print, Braille and audio CD formats. You can call us on 0345 606 0098 to manage your choice. Call charges will vary.

Hearing or speech impaired
You can contact us using Text Relay. You can use Text Relay by downloading their app to your computer, laptop, tablet or android phone. You can download the app and find more instructions on the Text Relay website.
You can also contact us by Text Relay Service. Please type 18001 before the telephone number you want to contact. A Relay Operator will join the line to explain the message.
Website accessibility
We want to make our website as easy to use as possible. Our site can be used with the accessibility options in iOS and Android on tablet and mobile. It should also work with major screen reader software. You can use this to make our text, buttons and links bigger so you can see them more clearly.
